Gas Supply Pte Ltd (GSPL) is licensed to import natural gas into Singapore under the Pertamina-GSPL Gas Sales Agreement signed in February 2001. The natural gas is supplied to major power generating companies in Singapore and companies in the pharmaceutical, petrochemical, electronic industries, as well as to City Gas Pte Ltd who distributes town gas to up to 850,000 homes, commercial and industrial premises. GSPL holds both the Gas Importer License and Gas Shipper License issued by the Energy Market Authority.

Pavilion Energy was established in 2013 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek, to engage in LNG trading and shipping as well as downstream gas supply and marketing. It has since expanded its activities to include hedging and portfolio management and has grown its operations in Europe and the rest of South-East Asia.
GSPL collaborates with Pavilion Energy in the Singapore market, to provide gas buyers with access to both piped natural gas as well as LNG for supply and optimisation of their gas portfolios.

GSPL and Tuas Power Pte Ltd entered into a joint venture in September 2006 to form TPGS Green Energy Pte Ltd. It was established to introduce energy-efficient and environment-friendly tri-generation technology in Singapore. Projects in Singapore include generators with Pfizer Asia Pacific, Schering Plough and ISK.
